A good instructor and a bad instructor has several differences under the fact that they both teach many students under them. They differ in their qualities of their preparation, activeness, and the way they think.
Topic sentence:
1. A good instructor should develop clear instructions for assignment and prepare some kind of outline the day before the class. A bad instructor, however, would have no preparation for the class and will confuse students in their assigned material.
Ex. One of my college classes whose TA is seems to be never prepared.
2. A good model would be the instructor who could continuously contract with student, what their problem is and what should they do as an instructor, but not on private matters. On the other hand, a bad instructor would only think themselves and teach only what they have prepared.
Ex. A bad instructor would not hear the comments of the student whereas a good instructor always hears the word.
3. A good instructor should leave behind the non-academic characteristics when grading the students. A bad instructor, for example, would evaluate student by their cultural background or some stereotype they own, although they might be doing without realizing it.
Ex. A bad instructor would grade their students with unreasonable things.
